SeaChange Arts is the leading Arts Development agency in Great Yarmouth. We have a strong and dynamically evolving creative programme driven by local need and also act on behalf of Great Yarmouth Borough Council to oversee the strategic development of Arts in the area.

Youth Services includes the Youth Services Centre and the Youth Board.
The City of Turku Youth Services Centre follows the basic principles defined in the Youth Act: the support of youth growth and independence, promotion of civil activities and improvement of living conditions.
The idea is to keep the youth active, and support the transition from childhood into youth and from youth into adulthood. The goal is a good life, freedom and responsibility.

The Municipality of Avis is a Local Administration Institution that manages all this different areas and others like Sports, Health or Youth.
